We do not offer refunds, exchanges or cancellations once the order is received. If we sent you the wrong product by mistake please feel free to email us Zlorcares@gmail.com. We will get your order corrected immediately and send the right order with no additional payment.
Damages and issues
Damaged or defective products may be returned to us after contacting Zlorcares@gmail.com. Please submit photo images of the damaged or defective product.
If My Package is Lost Stolen or Damaged?
Once the packages have been shipped from our facility we are no longer responsible for transit. if your package was lost or stolen you can a file a claim with USPS.
